"Nice staff, but a few things bugged me"
The staff at magichouse.org were really friendly and easy to talk to. I had a few questions and they helped me out without making everything feel complicated, which I appreciated. That said, I did feel like I had to repeat myself a couple times, and that got a little annoying. Not a huge deal, but yeah, repeating the same thing more than once was frustrating. Still, everyone was nice and the whole thing felt normal and relaxed.

"Really clean and well kept"
The place was really clean and looked well taken care of. I didn’t notice anything major to complain about, and even if there were a tiny scuff or something here and there, it wouldn’t have bothered me. Overall, it felt clean and comfortable.

"I had an okay time overall, but..."
I had an okay time overall, but I got impatient with how not-clean the place felt. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept properly, and there were dusty spots that were hard to ignore. The bathroom was the worst part, it had a bit of a smell and didn’t look freshly cleaned at all. For the price, I really expected better. The staff were fine, but the place seriously needs more attention.

"Pretty much right for my kid"
I got this for my 7-year-old and assumed quickly it would be a good fit. Turns out I was right, it was easy for them to use and felt age-appropriate.

"Seems safe so far, honestly"
I’ve used Magic House a few times now, and I was kind of expecting something weird to happen, like popups or payment problems, but nothing like that came up. The login felt secure enough and everything worked normally. I’m still a little cautious, but so far I have to admit it seems safe to use.

"My kid stayed busy the whole time"
My son seriously didn’t want to leave. I mean, maybe I’m just easy to impress, but he seemed to love pretty much every activity and stayed busy the whole time.

"Really helpful staff, though the site threw me off a bit"
I had a question before placing my order and the staff were genuinely helpful. They got back to me quickly and explained what I needed to do, which made things a lot easier. I’m giving 4 stars mainly because the website was a little confusing at first, like I wasn’t totally sure where to... but once I figured it out, everything was fine

"Pretty frustrating if you rely on accessibility tools"
i mean, I really wanted to like magichouse.org, but using it was kind of a hassle for me. Some of the text was tough to read, and a few buttons didn’t make much sense with my screen reader. The navigation also felt a bit all over the place, like I was guessing where to go half the time. I did eventually get things to work, but it wasn’t a smooth experience. I really hope they improve the accessibility side of the site.

"Fair prices and no surprises"
I was happy with the ticket prices on magichouse.org. In my opinion, they felt reasonable compared to some of the other places I checked, and the booking process was simple enough. I took my kids, and by the end of the visit, it felt like the money was well spent. I also really appreciated that there weren’t any random extra fees popping up at checkout. I’d definitely use it again

"Not really worth the price"
I expected a little more for what I paid. The site looked fine and everything worked about as expected, but I just didn’t feel like I was getting enough value for the money.
Some of it felt basic, especially for the cost. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, I probably wouldn’t spend around this much here again

"Well... I went to magichouse.org before our visit..."
Well... I went to magichouse.org before our visit, the parking situation made everything feel a lot less hectic. We found a spot quickly and didn’t have to walk far, which was a huge help with kids and all their stuff in tow.

I’ve definitely been to places where parking puts you in a bad mood before you even get inside, but that wasn’t the case here. It was simple, easy, and made the whole visit start off on the right note.

"Really fun exhibits for the kids"
We had a really good time here. The exhibits were clean and fun, and my kids didn’t get bored at all. There was a lot for them to touch and try, which kept them busy the whole time. It did get a little crowded in some spots, but we, we still really enjoyed the visit
